Why can't you get megastar to work? What are the symptoms? Is there a
com problem with your pc, megastar and win95? Is there an error message
that says" communication error" when you try to slew? If you do then you
may have the same problem that I am experiencing.
Please let me know..
Thanks!

I have MegaStar and CCDSoft working on an NT box with an LX200. As I recall,
the setup went without problem. The computer is a home built Pentium-200.

On a another point, a week or 10 days ago, during a discussion of how to get rid
of the Dec cable, someone mentioned the Dec on a C-14. They were off a little
on their description. The Dec cable on a C-14 is clipped against the fork arm
and is not obvious. It plugs into the drive base with a three prong connector,
but the fork arm must be unbolted to see the plug. So, other than neater
wiring, it's similar to the LX.

Bye the way, can someone send me the address to subscribe to the ATM list.
