Yes, Ive read Doc Gs work, but no, Im not talking about anything like
that or another analysis, but specific modifications I did to improve the
Dec system performance for heavy duty use. Im reluctant to casually
post details as it might lead to more harm than good and Ill admit it,
the work required on my part to do it right. However, if another site
specifically tells how to enhance the Dec system performance and has
actually done it, I dont know about it.
After 4 years of good results coupled with my recent modifications, I
will suggest the Dec system as a whole is actually better than some
of us thought. The harder I look at the LX-200, the more respect I
have for what I term a rather elegant, affordable design.
