While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?


I saw a fork-mouned C14 with dec drive, in wich the connection from the Dec motor to the controller was internal, via the RA axis.
I dont know how this was done, but could have benn either by a cable that twists or by touch contacts in circular tracks.

How about eliminating the Dec motor cable? There must be some way that it
can be connected internally. This would help prevent the occasional problem
witht he cable getting caught and stretched underneath the fork arms.
