For a fair summary of the keypad issue see my summary discussion on
my web site at: <http://www.mailbag.com/users/ragreiner/>
The signals are described in some detail at the site. They are,
briefly, 5 volt pulses as a rate of about 10KHz. There is a keypad to
computer channel and one the other direction. It should be easy to
build a send and receive interface for these very simple signals. I
simply do not have the time right now but see no design problems
whatever. Somebody out there just do it. ;-)
