Not too tough, I think. The mount really only has to rotate 360 degrees
and no more. Pass the cable through the center of the RA axis and limit
the rotation to (say) 370 degrees with limit switches. The limit switches
could even do double duty as "home pulse" sensors and allow remote
operation and allignment.

Hard to pass appreciable power through those rotating transformers.
