While you're here, how about checking out the
Astronomy Book
List ? |
After just returning from a great astronomy vacation in Arizona, I have
a couple of questions maybe someone can answer for me.
First off, I have a Lumicon Cassegrain Easy Guider, Pictor 201XT, and an
8" LX50. I tried to use my OAG with my Pictor 201XT unsucessfully (I
feel I had a bright enough guide star). The 201 works great guiding
through the scope itself instead of the OAG. My problem is callibrating
when I use the OAG with the 201. I keep losing the star during
callibration. If anyone has done this sucessfully, can you tell me what
right ascension and declination settings you are using for callibrating.
Thank's in advance!
