While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Ah.. just remembered this problem I encounter once in a while. Hope some of
u know about this...
Sometimes, when I take an image, it downloads normally but the resultant
image is a mess of black and white specks (and grey maybe) a little like the
static on TV.
I also get this while using focus mode, it may start out normal but after
several images, I start getting the "static"

I thought this problem was probably NOT caused by heat buildup since the
"static" comes abruptly, say, immediately after a normal image. Also the
static doesn't seem to bear any semblance to the object being imaged.

Sometimes in focus mode the "static" goes away after more shots and the
camera returns to normal.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Clear skies!
