While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Just wanted to let everyone know that I answered my own question about the
difference between 3.00 and 3.10 flash files with some research of old
release notes. Here is the excerpt:

New Flash File: This version includes a new release of the flash firmware
for the Pictor 416 and 1616 cameras. The version is 3.10
corrects problems with anti-blooming and auto-exposure.
