I don't have one of these cards, but I just received the new Pictor manual
(0898). It says that you need to download the latest driver from
http://www.newmediacorp.com .
It also specifies these settings in Device Manager:
Parity = checked
Enable Messages = unchecked
Initial SCSI Bus Reset = unchecked
Smart Termination = checked
Block Inquiry Check Condition = checked
Max LUN = 8 or 1
Transfer Method = Synchronous
