Unfortuately, it doesn't seem to have a proper identification on it and
I've long since lost the receipt. It does have the words "POWER BLOCK"
and "ELECTRICORD" on the receptacle end. It was in the section of Home
Depot with heavy duty extension cords and AC power bits and pieces.
Mine looks more like a very short extension than a power strip. It has a
plug, about a foot of cord, a small box with the test and reset buttons,
another foot of cord and finally a three way receptacle.
