Chris -- Frost is frozen dew. When the object temperature is below
dewpoint temperature, then dew forms on the object. If the dewpoint
temperature is below freezing (32 degrees) then solid dew (frost)
forms.
So all you have to dew is keep the object temperatures just a few
degrees above dewpoint temperature, and no problems from either dew
or frost.
