Then perhaps they, too, will be out tonight powering up at 8pm to see the
Bermuda Triangle bug :-)

It's really too bad they don't actively participate. Sure, they can't
answer every dumb question or reply to the bashing. But they could
occasionally say, "We're working on problem xxx" or "the firmware
definitely does/doesn't do yyy" or "there's a new version of zzz at our
website".
