While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Ah, so it is the #1697 that is the complete system with the
computer. GREAT! Then ACP is compatible, as I have several
customers that are using ACP with the #1697. I need to update my
information then...

I went to the Magellan section and found that the Magellan II
(http://www.meade.com/manuals/mgn2mn/index.html) appears to
smell, look, feel, and act like an LX-200 as well. The handbox is
identical and the manual seems to have all the LX-200 features in
it. This leads me top believe that ACP will support the Magellan
II. Anyone out there have a Magellan II with motors and want to
try ACP on it? I'll work with you to get the bugs (if any) worked
out...
