running Win95 on a Toshiba 740CDT notebbok (p166MMX, 32MB). using
Pictorview Version 6.4 release 1. Using an Eiger Labs >EigerMedia PCMCIA
SCSI Card, with the driver dated 4/22/97.

Jim,

For the record, My 416XT also on SCSI, has done this in the past too.
Sometimes I get an all black image if I try to combine several images. I
have gotten all white ones too. Most of the time my box shows 'CONNECTED
SCSI' but I have seen the abort message your report. There does not seem
to be any change I can report regarding the message and shutter operation.

I have my SCSI set on "4" and none of the other IRQ settings seemed to
matter in my setup while I was in SCSI.

Everything seems to be working on my 416 XT now except the autofocus is a
little crazy yet. I am getting some additional help with this issue however
and hope to have it corrected soon.

I am sorry that I don't know enough to help you directly but I thought I
would add these comments for Ralph and others to see. Maybe some comment in
this report will be helpful to someone out there who knows what the "fix" is
for your system.
