That's not the least of Matt's worries... The limitations of Win
3.1 are severe, but what's far worse, installation and
compatibility issues can be serious killers. For those that still
have Win 3.1, imagine a world without CONFIG.SYS, the high-memory
shuffle, "Can't I get 580K???" and all that. I was a latecomer to
the PC world in 1994, so I only had to suffer for about a year
and a half :-)
