While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Does anyone know of a way to recover the image after a transmission packet
is not acknowledged by the PC. When this happens the camera retries but the
PC software is not smart enough (or more to the point the programmer) to
accept the retry. At this point it seems that you have to reboot the camera
loosing the image.
