Please identify the version of the software you are using in such messages!
Meade has improved this part of the logic in the 6.4x series (several times, in
fact). However, there are still times when the serial interface is so bad that
the software does give up on the image and aborts it. In this case there is no
recovery of the image. In prior versions of Pictorview the 'give up' logic was
'too aggressive'. It is now less agressive and more active in trying to work
around transmission problems. If you do not have 6.44, then try that and provide
feedback.
