Personally, I prefer to get a native X power with the appropriate
EP rather than using barlows and focal reducers, but for me a
barlow does much more to distort the image than a .63X focal
reducer. If you are happy with the barlow you'll be REAL happy
with the .63X reducer.

As Ed Steward mentioned, you might want to browse the archives
for discussions on this. You might also want to check out
Todd Gross' site at <www.weatherman.com> for his reviews on
EPs. Todd's site will give you a good comparison between
different brands.
