One of the best programs I have seen for the price is Skymap Pro 5.
It is an excellent program. It offers control of several different types
of scopes as well as importation of external data catalogs. I don't have
the URL hand but you can find the homepage by doing a search on Skymap.
There is a fully functional demo available.
