Terry Platt of Starlight Xpress adds fans to the SXL-8. I have not
noticed any image degradation with the fan on or off. From memory it
makes about 10 degC difference, depending on the ambient temperature.
I'm sure Terry would give you details of the fan he uses; it looks like
one of those guys lurking in the back of my pc!
