While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

This is probably obvious to those of you with more than half a brain
but I managed to screw it up:

If you put your LX200 outside more or less permanently under a cover
like a desert storm bag then DON'T lock the Dec clutch. Rig some
other way to keep it from flopping around (I'm now using a bungee
cord). I had mine locked and the force of the wind managed to loosen
the bearings in the Dec motor requiring a disassembly to tighten it
up. Fortunately, as far as I can tell, there was no permanent damage
done. But there obviously would be eventually.
