Paying over the odds is norm here in the UK. I checked out bring in
items from the states. Duty is 4.7% on telescopes BUT don't forget the
17.5% Value Added Tax on top of every thing. Which somebodys friend
Maggy Thather brought in.

I just unpacked my new LX200 and it works like a charm. (so far) Bought
it here in Old Blighty due to warranty conditions.
