This is a forum for learning and your scope not working is all water
under the bridge. You can't look back now and I understand your point.
This is more for others that buy new scopes in the future. Take it back,
get a new one, let the dealer-deal with it, it's his profit. I deal with
OPT which is a Meade dealer and ship all over the U.S. If you get a bad
scope or any product you have rights and returning the unit is your
right..........the dealer won't get pissed off, they are in business to
do business and returns is part of it. It's beyond my conception to pay
a bunch of money one day and spend weeks fixing it..................I
would be pissed off to say the least..........and other dealers have
scopes on hand to be dropped shipped anywhere in the U.S.....ric
