I also had it done and it took about four weeks - but that was around
Christmas. Since it was under warranty, they didn't charge anything. They
also put the latest software in there and some new cables.

I sent mine back to Meade. They cleaned the inside and replaced the
dessicant.
It took three weeks door to door.
