1. My comment about PEC being off in Altaz is true even if you are using a
derotator.
2. The CCD chip size is smaller than film, requiring larger enlargement. Small
tracking errors (several tens of arc seconds) will visibly affect CCD images and
are less obvious in film images (unless greatly enlarged).
