While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

I have a rather strange pointing problem with my mount. When a sync is done
in one half of the sky and the goto is pressed the mount stays put as it
should. When another object is located in the other half of the sky and a
sync is done then the goto causes the scope to slew about two degrees away
from where the sync was done. Any suggestions?

Blair
