While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

I just bought a LX200 10" f/10 and I have a couple of questions as an
astronomy neophyte.
1. What are "good" eyepieces to add to the 26mm super plossl supplied
with the scope.
I have read the recommendations for the nagler 12mm, 20mm and panoptic
35mm, but I am uncertain that I want to spend the $1100 dollars needed
to buy these three. Is there a cheaper, but nearly as good set of
choices available to me.
2. assuming that I buy a 2" diameter wide angle l;ens (like the
panoptic)- how do I adapt it to the 1.25" eyepiece holder of the lx200.
thanks
