While you're here, how about checking out the
Astronomy Book

Hi Wyn,
I have a 10" f/6.3. I use a Nagler 9, Meade 14 UWA (got with the scope) and
a 35 Panoptic. These give me a good range of magnification vs. field width.
Only the 35 Panoptic requires 2", the others fit both 1.25 and 2", but I
always use my 2" diagonal.
To use a 2" eyepiece you will have to buy a 2" diagonal. Meade is cheaper,
Tele Vue (and a few others) are considered better quality but at a higher
price. I use a Meade because I figured it meets my price/performance needs.
The only way to go is AstroMart <www.astromart.com> -- get on the mailing
list, it's an astronomy classified. I got all my eyepieces, diagonal,
binoculars, etc. there and have sold a few things there too. Everyone I've
done business with has been honest and pleasant. You can get like-new stuff
at prices that let you get more stuff for the same price (how I look at it),
or what you need for less money.
There is probably some eyepiece discussion on the MAPUG topical archive at:
<http://www.austin.cc.tx.us/astro-ES/AstroDesigns/MAPUG/ArhvList.htm>
Check out the info for new or prospective buyers first, then go from there.
