While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Ok, I know that the issue of choosing between and 10" and 12" scope has been
addressed, and the issue of choosing between a F10 and a F6.3 10" has also
been discussed, but what about choosing between a 10" F10 or a 12" if your
primary goal is deep space ccd and film photography? Does the increase in
aperature equal the increased focal length of the F6.3? The scope will be
pier mounted, so the increased size of the 12" is not a factor, nor is cost.

Thanks for any help.

Gerald Miller
