While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Hi Gerald -- It is my opinion that "aperatur" always wins.. You can always
add the 6.3 or 3.3 reducers to the f/10, if you wish to use that format later.

My personal experience is with the 12" lx200 (pier mounted), and I chose
it for the above reasons and have not regreted that approach. You can
see some of my results at Deep Space 99 below.
