While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Fellow imagers,
Ayone out there that did an image of the supernova SN1999by in NGC2841
lately ? I tried to measure the magnitude of the object by using MIRA
AP on a 900 sec. image taken on May 17th with LX200/ST7 at f4,8. I came
up with MAG 12,87, but I am very uncertain if this is even near what is
correct ? Any comments ?
