Actually there was nothing wrong with your original PEC trainning from =
Meade. The data was just backwards. If you still have the old data you =
can get a program which will reverse the data and write it back out =
correctly. Contact Meade customer service for more information.=20
AMAZING - WE SPEND HUNDREDS OF HOURS - AND - BACK IN '95 - HAD A VERY =
INTENSE DISCUSSION 16" PEC HERE ON MAPUG.=20
Our correlations more indicated oscillating overshoot - with a very =
nice pec during first half of the data - followed by a huge sine wave =
during last part.=20
HOWEVER - IT IS MY IMPRESSION - THAT THE WORM WHEEL ERRORS MODIFY FROM =
TIME TO TIME - WE USUALLY REPROGRAM ONCE EACH YEAR.=20
You've guessed correctly about QBasic. If you are trying to draw a =
window or any other graphical thing, you will find it won't run under =
WIN32. You might just try removing the graphic interface in favor of =
ASCII text and numeric displays. That should run fine in the DOS window =
on NT.=20
YOU ARE RIGHT - IT WORKS -=20
If not, then you might want to look at Java, but you'll still need a =
JNI for communicating with the Serial port
PLEASE - HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCE - SAMPLES OF LX200 PROGRAMMING FROM =
JAVA ?
BEST GREETINGS=20
