While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Pull the low voltage power connector from the scope and do not touch the
connector and see if the tingle goes away when you touch the scope. If it
does this means that you either have a faulty earth connection or faulty
power supply.Get it sorted because your life can depend on the quality of a
power voltage electrical connection when you are standing on wet ground.
