Warning people is not a relief from liability even if you have it in
writing. I strongly suggest that your club have liability insurance,
that it have additional insurance to indemnify its officers and
directors and that you have personal liability if you are a regular
member.
When you offer a service to the public you take responsibility.
No matter what happens or whose fault it is, the harmed individual or
their representative (health care provider) will come after everyone
involved if there is an accident of any kind.
