Take a look at PaintShop Pro. There is a shareware version, and it has
batch conversion. Paint Shop Pro directly supports JPG and TIF, as well
as 35 other different file formats; 26 raster image formats and 9 meta
and vector image formats (including some for the MAC). Paint Shop Pro
can read other file formats if the appropriate external import filters
are installed on your system. Aldus-compatible is the Windows standard
for file import filters. Paint Shop Pro can use Aldus-compatible filters
to read additional file formats.
