While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

The Meade super wedge definitely fits the 7" LX-200 Mak, and the 8" and 10"
SCTs. My 7"Mak is rock-solid on it. All three scopes have the same centre
hole for the
tripod threaded rod, 3 slots for hold-down bolts, and a notch and two holes
that are for socket head bolts to go into the base of your scope.
