While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

We bash Meade enough so I thought I'd update everyone on the progress of my
LXD 650 mount. True to their word, Meade shipped me a new board set with the
latest software. I'm happy to say it fixed the problem and the mount now
seems to point properly, at least it does not screw up on a sync command, I
haven't had it under the night sky yet.

I would like to thank all those who offered help here and Meade customer
service for a quick turn around on the board set.
