I should add that this all applies to alt-az.....

The no star alignment is where you set the tube to due south and level
(with an accurately leveled tripod). The scope assumes it is pointed level
and south on powerup, so if that's where you really are, you're aligned.

Aligning on planets (or anything else in the object library) is the same as
a one star alignment..... do a GOTO the object, center it and press ENTER
(sync). If the tripod is level, you're aligned. you can do it on any
object you can see and that the scope can do a GOTO on.
