While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

On mass market moving primary SCTs you cannot collimate the
primary. This is why for high power (planetary) work collimation
is a moving target. Literally. As soon as you move the OTA
you change the collimation sightly due to the movement of the
primary.

For low power (deep sky) work this isn't an issue as the
collimation has to be grossly off to be noticeable.
