While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Well, ACP is _supposed_ to monitor the state of the system's
daylight state and adjust the scope for you. That way, you don't
have to see a time on your computer that is an hour off the
"real" local (daylight) time, nor do you have to remember to
adjust teh UTC offset in the scope whenever you spring forward or
fall back.
