While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Hi friends.
I waiting in the end off this week to receive my baby 12"LX200.
I came back to one subject that I put few days a go.
It was about to choose Autoguider between ST4 and 216XT.
They cost just the same price $695.
The basic purpose will be the Autoguiding.
Some members they said "ST4"
Please if it is possible send me a little bit more detailed answer.
I read the 216TX technical details and ST4 too.
I see a lot off advantage off the 216XT.
If a understood well with the 216XT i can have a basic CCD imaging
in 16 bit gray scale wile with the ST4 I will have just 8 bit.
With the 216 and LX200 I can have more benefits like Autocenteric ,
Autofocus , Automosaic.
Are the benefits I red important and is the 216XT working effective as
Autoguider?.
Thanks
George Nikolidakis
