Hello !
Last night, I observed with my 8 SCT F/10.
A friend gave me its Masuyama eyepiece 35mm and it was wonderful !
Excellent view and eye relief, with 52 degrees field.
Do you know Masuyama eyepieces ?
I think they were reviewed in S&T two years ago...
Anything that the Japanese make is wonderful. Takahashi, Goto, Jeol etc.
Why cant we, in the good old USA, produce products with the microscopic
precision and attention to detail that the Japanese do?
I have an RCA transmission electron microscope that I am rather proud of.
I had the occasion to use a Japanese "Jeol" electron microscope last month,
unbelievable!!! I wish I never saw it because it put my instrument to shame.
