These days I try to setup my new 12 lx200 scope in polar mode.
I decide to follow first the instructions in manual for polar
alignment.
After a lot of unsuccessful tries I decide to follow the instructions
for refined polar alignment.
But again I had no luck . Then I decide to follow the star drift ,
after 15 min successful star drif I was not able to take any pointing
accuracy.
The next night I tried again and I was successful now everything was
in 35 mm FOV ultima Eyepiece
This is the procedure
Choose alignment and press polar. Make a star drift method for polar
alignment.
After that aim a know star and then choose it from the alignments
stars menu and press enter to sync.
This is the procedure and don't give up if you scope works fine in
altazimuth mode then probably is fine.
