While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

I have recently finished flocking my 10" ota and dew shield. Taking the
primary mirror out was the way to go and much simpler than I expected. In the
process I seem to have gotten some finger prints on the corrector plate (both
sides naturally) and want to know the best way to remove them. No matter what
I do I still seem to have smears and smudges after cleaning. It looks great
until I set it back in but then I see just how bad it really is.
