I'm not sure how appropriate this was to put on this list, but seeing how you
have, I hope you will be fair to Meade and let us know their response... either
through the list or private email.

In my very short dealings with Meade I have been fortunate that 4 out 5 of my
calls were returned and were VERY helpful. Only one call went unanswered.

But I didn't have NEARLY have the problems or required interaction that your
situation dictates. Furthermore, I don't know if I would have been this
patient.
