Pictor owners,

I finally got this thing finished. There is a link on my page that
leads to the problem reports. It actually came out pretty good -
submitted problems go into an online log for public review, there is a
crude index, and a copy gets e-mailed to you if you fill in your
address.

I've started the log off with a couple that I've sent to Meade so
everyone can see what they'll look like. Let me know if anyone has
problems or suggestions for improvement.
