While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Dear Karen,

I read your apology to MAPUG and Mr. Howie Glatter. Although that was big of
you I don't see why you felt you had anything to apologize for. It is actually
refreshing to see someone with so much enthusiasm and passion for what she
believes in. The attack on Jim Kendrick, yourself and the rest of the ignorant
MAPUG members was way out of line. I found it especially offensive that Mr.
Gladder would attack you and call you a sycophant only after becoming aware of
your campaign to let us know of the good value and service you received from
Jim Kendrick. A case of very sour grapes I think.
This will probably go down in history as the biggest marketing blunder since
Coca Cola mistakenly decided to change formulas. That was another case where
public sentiment won out. If you do a good job or perform a good service a
happy customer will tell a couple of friends but if you perform poorly an
unhappy customer will tell EVERYBODY!

I would like to pose this question to Mr. H. Glatter, if he is truly a MAPUG
member and didn't just subscribe to show us how intelligent he was(back fired,
right?). It is my belief that after hearing that many MAPUG members were happy
Kendrick customers that is when Mr. Glatter climbed aboard. Why did you pull
your ads that said your laser was designed for SCT's, too? Many people bought
them for this reason and this reason only.
If Jim Kendrick really swiped your ideas and suppliers than why does his new
laser work for SCT's and yours doesn't,hhmmm? Instead of attacking a loyal
customer of Jim's perhaps you should busy yourself building your own list of
loyal followers.
Anthony Spader, Sycophant
