of it put one or both of the following lines (no harm done by putting both!)

unsubscribe mapug
unsubscribe mapug-digest

It may not work, especially if your "from" email address has changed to be
different from the address the list sends your mail to. If you suspect that
may be the case, (e.g., if your posts to the list are rejected because the
remember) you can try:

unsubscribe mapug
unsubscribe mapug-digest

That will at worst kick a message to me asking me to approve it, which I
routinely do. Unless of course it's one person trying to unsubscribe someone
else, such as if Doc tried to unsubscribe Ric ;-)
