While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Here I am lucky--my son is grown and my 10 year old daughter is a
budding astronomer willing to go to dark sites with Dad and who is very
careful with equipment. BTW, on topic :), I've had good luck cleaning
corrector plates with Windex--a professional photographer put me on to
it and I think Al Nagler recommends it on his web site for
eyepieces--works better than isopropyl for me.
