While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

For the person asking about RS323 for his 200 and 416, unless your a
very short length like 30 feet, just underground it in regular gray
electrical PVC but if running 75 over over, I recommend good old metal
conduit. Hams running high power and CBer's running illegal power, ( I
used to love busting them), and electrical pulses from near by power
line can raise hell with it. Some where in the FCC archives on safe
ground shielding it says, (if I remember right), hard clay 3 to 6 feet
deep, soft semi wet regular dirt 2 to 4 feet. Any thing under 1 foot and
not in metal can act like a antenna counter poise, and be sensitive to
near by RF radiation. It won't take much to mess up RS323, so a good
ground and your sound.
